Annual Meeting of The Parish Wednesday 17th May 8pm

NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
for Radnage
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
The Annual Parish Meeting for Radnage will be held at
Radnage Village Hall on Wednesday 17th May 2023 at 8pm
This is not to be confused with the Annual Parish Council Meeting
but is an OPEN meeting of the Parish.
The Parish Council traditionally facilitates the meeting and creates an Agenda to include current matters known to be of interest to the community. However, any relevant matters can be raised for discussion at the meeting by any member of the Parish community.
Please come and support the Annual Parish Meeting, discover what your Parish Council and other community groups have achieved over the last year.
Meet members of your Parish Council and ask about issues that matter to you. Find out what the Parish Council can and cannot do, what it has influence over and what it does not.
Come along and discover our objectives for the next year.

We look forward to hearing your ideas and suggestions and will welcome your comments for open discussions to discover what our village wants and needs us to do

Radnage Coronation Party 7th May 2023

A great team of village volunteers have pulled together what promises to be a brilliant day of celebration and community on 7th May in celebration of The Kings Coronation.  It should really be a day to remember !

Please come along and support us on the day – there is loads planned to keep both adults and children entertained 😊.

To give you an idea … we have an all-day bar open and Daws Hill Vineyard will also have an all-day cocktail tent. There is live music. There is great food booked – a ‘Big Lunch’ BBQ from the Scouts, WI cakes and teas during the afternoon and an authentic Italian Pizza van later in the day….

Then there is other entertainment and activities planned all afternoon – kids fun run, kids fancy dress competition, bouncy castle, inflatable assault course (adults too), Radnage Raiders footie games, Zumba, our very own ‘Crufts’ competition, a silent disco for all/face painting/arts and crafts all afternoon, a Radnage talent contest, along with a tombola, fete stalls, and fete games including the brilliant tug-of-war !!

We hope there will be something for all Radnage residents of all ages, including friends and family …  😊

Most activities are free, excluding bars, food stalls, fete stalls, tombola and the fun run …

We are open for registrations for ‘Radnage Crufts’ and ‘Radnage Has Talent’, also for additional volunteers needed on the day  – see flyer for contact details or email parish.clerk@radnage.net . If you have any tombola prizes please contact parish.clerk@radnage.net .

We hope to see many of you there on the 7th May anytime from 11.30am to 7pm (or when we close!)

Radnage Coronation Celebrations Sunday 7th May 2023 – Save The Date

To celebrate the historic occasion of the Coronation of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen Consort we would like to invite all the residents of Radnage to come together in celebration on Sunday, 7th May 2023 at Radnage Village Hall for Coronation Fun Day.
