This group, run by Liz Chisnall, meets in the village hall on Tuesday mornings in term time. 10 am – 11.30 am. All ages and abilities welcome.
Familiarize yourself with a sensory and very safe approach to yoga practice. Teaching follows biomechanical principles of movement.
Begin to notice what it is like to make small changes to how you move and to how you feel. Liz is a British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher.
