Neighbourhood Watch Meeting – January 16th at 7.30pm

A meeting is being held to both revive existing Neighbourhood Watch schemes in Radnage and to launch the new ones started recently.

The meeting will be in the Radnage Village Hall on Wednesday, 16th January, from 7.30pm.  So, I hope you can attend and I hope you can invite your neighbours to come along as well. The two Police Community Support Officers who attended the community meeting in Radnage on 24th October have also been invited to join us. A range of Neighbourhood Watch and crime prevention literature will be brought to the meeting, as well as NHW window stickers and stickers stating ‘We do not deal with uninvited traders’.  There will also be a range of inexpensive crime prevention products. Prior to the meeting, you might like to decide as to whether you would like NHW street signs and matching No Doorstep Selling Zone signs.  Both are supplied by us free of charge.  However, you will need permission from the owners to use any posts, fences or trees to erect these signs.  We already have blanket permission to use BT poles, but not ones that are in use for the supply of electricity.  If you need any further guidance on this, do let me know. I hope and your neighbours can make it.  I look forward to seeing you there and I wish you a happy and safe New Year.

Best regards

Geoff Pegg
