Radnage elects councillors to Buckinghamshire County Council, Wycombe District Council and its own Parish Council.

Radnage is currently within the Icknield and Bledlow Ward but, with the boundary changes which come into effect in 2003, it will join with Stokenchurch into a new ward of some 5,500 inhabitants.
