St Mary the Virgin and the Parish of Radnage are part of the West Wycombe Benefice in The Oxford Diocese. The Priest-in-Charge is the Reverend Nigel Lacey.

Communion services are held every Sunday at 09:30 except on the first Sunday of the month when a Family Morning Praise service is held, including a junior church.
