Festival of Remembrance
We are marking the centenary of the end of the first world war, and 100 years of the RAF with special displays in St Mary’s over the weekend of 10th/11th November.
Service at the War Memorial at 11am
Followed by a special service at St Mary’s at 11:15
We hope to have a display of posters, prayers and poems provided by children from the school and Beavers in the church over the weekend, and a display board of information on Radnage WWI participants and activities.
We are also planning a tribute to War Veterans on the altar in the chancel at St Mary’s and we invite you to provide one of the Tommy figures to include in this tribute, either in recognition of someone in your own family you wish to remember or as a general tribute. If you wish to take part please let Revd Linda know.
